Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your NutriKart purchase. If you are not happy, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All seals, shrink-wrap, and tamper-evident labels must be intact
- Original invoice/bill must be available
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery date
- Product must not be an opened consumable item
Please note: Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to raise a return request:
Refund Process & Timeline
After your returned product passes quality inspection, refunds are processed as follows:
- UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
- Credit Card: 7–10 business days (bank dependent)
- NutriKart Store Credits: Within 24 hours
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer (NEFT) within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Wrong Products
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize. Here's what we do:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof
- We offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice
- No need to return the damaged product in most cases
- Priority resolution within 24 hours of complaint registration
Important: Always record an unboxing video when opening your order. This helps us resolve damage claims quickly without back-and-forth.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Here's how:
- Before shipping: Full refund, no questions asked
- After shipping, before delivery: Refuse delivery; refund after product returns to warehouse
- After delivery: Standard 7-day return process applies
Prepaid orders cancelled before shipment are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the following situations:
- Wrong flavour or variant delivered by us
- Wrong size / quantity delivered
- Defective or damaged product
Customer-initiated exchanges (e.g. change of mind on flavour) are subject to product availability. Contact our support team to check before initiating.
Exchanges are processed like returns — free pickup and replacement dispatch within 3–5 business days after receipt.
