🛒 Orders
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and choose a payment method. You'll receive an order confirmation email once the order is placed.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order may have been dispatched. Contact us at support@nutrikart.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting "My Orders".
We're sorry for the inconvenience! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the wrong/damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 is charged.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong item received
  • Unopened products in original packaging
Opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
